Chantelle is an Alternative Healer, Animal Communicator, Yoga teacher and the author of ‘My Gaia ~ Handbook for tomorrow’s Leaders, Healers and Teachers’. She is the founder of Source Integral Healing and the SunKidz Programmes, and has spent the better part of the last 13 years travelling to various destinations in South Africa, Namibia and Zambia hosting talks, facilitating individual healing, and transformational workshops for adults and kids from the age of 5 years old.
She has witnessed many ‘miracles’ and major shifts in her clients lives as they’ve grown, physically healed themselves from life-threatening dis-eases and made their lives more meaningful and abundant by simply accepting and embracing who they are. This is done through exploring and embracing moments of life – in light and dark – found in every human experience. She offers her clients simple, yet effective tools to find balance, inner peace and well-being by following some practical steps.
Born in 1966, she grew up on a farm in the Karoo in a large family of 6 children, where animals were always part of the mix. She remembers feeling a strong connection with animals, especially cats, and was convinced that she was able to speak to them, although it seemed a far-off ‘imagined’ fantasy at the time. In 2009 she met animal communicator, Amelia Kinkade, when she attended her first workshop on animal communication. This was enormously gratifying as it enabled her to recall childhood memories of talking to, and hearing the voices of the animals, and is now able to make that ‘fantasy’ a part of her reality. And so began her journey with the animals … She now works with many species of animals, large and small and teaches Animal Communication Workshops to both adults and kids.
Daily Yoga practice has been part of Chantelle’s routine for a number of years. She soon realized that Yoga is a Master Key to deepen awareness and reveal the true inner Self. In January 2012, she fulfilled one of her dreams by going to India, the source of Yoga, to qualify as a Yoga teacher. She qualified with the International Samvit Sagar Yoga School for Self-Knowledge in Tiruvannamalai, South India. She now teaches Yoga in her area, with a strong focus on teaching Beginners, and is constantly inspired by the growth she observes in her students as they unfurl and bloom, as their practice deepens.
Chantelle is an accomplished speaker and has appeared on national television and radio, and has been interviewed by a number of newspaper and magazine publications. She believes in balanced living, giving back, loving all of creation, creative expression, empowerment through taking responsibility, and fitness of mind and body through Yoga and meditation. She is passionate about what she does and is dedicated to making a difference by being part of the wave of change in Africa. She approaches life with a willingness to grow, heal and learn, and as her own understanding deepens, she shares information and knowledge to facilitate transformation, inspiring others to fulfil their life’s purpose.
She is based in Wilderness on the Garden Route in South Africa, is a single mom of an adult son, lives with her four cats and her long-time partner, Dom.
